Payment is due at the time the service or product is finished.
We ship using Canada Post, or Greyhound. If you have a courier that you work with, feel free to make arrangements with them to pick up from us. We can send packages collect or pre-paid. We will not ship anything until full payment is received for products.
For lower mainland customers, we are happy to make arrangements with you for pick-up or drop off at your location. For this reason we have initiated our own $40 drop off fee anywhere from West Vancouver, to Delta, to Abbotsford if for some reason you prefer we personally drop it by.
For photography, Murals & window painting services we will provide an invoice in advance of the service day, and require payment on the day the service is provided, unless otherwise arranged.
